Do you provide a shuttle service from the train station?
We will provide shuttle service to/from the Chappaqua Train Station if our drivers are available. Our priority is servicing transportation needs for our on-site guests. There is a taxi stand at the Chappaqua train station.

Do you have a business center?
We do have a computer and printer available to our guests as well as a color copier. Our conference services and front desk teams are happy to assist with any printing and shipping needs.

What is your pet policy and do you allow service dogs?
Edith Macy Center complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding Service Animals. Guests traveling with a Service Animal will not be charged a pet fee, also known as a pet cleaning fee. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.
Emotional support, therapy, comfort, and companion animals and not considered service animals under the ADA. -
Do you have cribs available?
We do not have pack and plays, highchairs or cribs.

Do you have a restaurant?
The Hearthstone Dining Room is our main conference dining location and where our group buffet meals are served. These meals are included in your meeting packages. We do not have an a la carte restaurant on site.

Do you have a gym on site?
We do have a designated area with gym equipment. Here you can find a treadmill, bike, all in one weight machine and some free-weights. For the runners, take advantage of our mile long loop around the property and enjoy the fresh air, wildlife, and scenery!

How many guest rooms do we have?
Edith Macy Center has standard guestrooms. 46 rooms in the main conference center, plus an additional 6 rooms in our Tree House location. We also have a 6-bedroom, 2- bathroom lodge, called the Sun House.

Do we offer discounted rates for Nonprofit organizations?
There are a multitude of things that are considered when estimating prices for a meeting or event, including specific dates requested, size of the group, meeting and dietary needs. We do our best to work within group budgets.

Day Conference Plan (Day CP) 7am – 5pm
This all-inclusive package includes:- One General Session Conference Room- Conference environment designed to enhance learning & productivity.
- Delicious breakfast & lunch served in the Hearthstone Dining Room

- Audiovisual equipment package & wireless Internet connectivity

What is a Complete Meeting Package?
Complete Meeting Packages (CMP) 6pm – 5pm the next day
The Complete Meeting Package includes:- Overnight accommodations- Spacious rooms with ample room to spread out & work or stretch out & relax.
- Delicious breakfast, lunch & dinner served in the Hearthstone Dining Room
- One General Session Conference Room- Conference environment designed to enhance learning & productivity.
- Audiovisual equipment package & wireless Internet connectivity
- Morning & afternoon refreshment breaks
